.Llanrwst travelled to the Arriva Ground on Thursday evening with a depleted squad, many carrying injuries and unavailable due to work commitments.
However the Rwsters took an early lead, Aron Jones playing Jamie Turner through and he made no mistake, scoring passed the advancing Gwydion Owen. Turner had another chance to make it 2-0 but this time Gwydion Owen came out on top. This seemed to wake Junction up, with Dean Seager and Lee Ellis movement causing all sort of problems for Llanrwst Utd defence. Ricky Jones and Bry Roberts were finding themselves with plenty of time on the ball and the equaliser came. Bryn Roberts and Ian Pattison playing a quick one two and finding the un marked Seager at the back post who fired passed Roberts. Tom Cad Williams scored a second almost immediately, firing an unstoppable shot from 30yards into the roof of the net. At half time, Llanrwst were forced into an early substitutions, Turner forced off with a hamstring injury, on came Kie Mcmillian who has been impressing in the Reserves.
On 46 minutes, Junction scored a 3rd, Dan Roberts finding himself free from a corner, scoring with a header. The 4th and 5th came in similar fashion, Joel Hewitt and Dean Seager taping into and empty net after good work from James Hobson. Llanrwst did score another, Callum Parry with a penalty after Sam Sinkinson was adjudged to handle the ball from a cross. Barry Owen hobbled off with a knee injury towards the end and looked like he will be a doubt along with Turner and Leighton Griffiths for another tough game at home on Saturday against Glantraeth.
